Travis Scott grew up in Missouri City, a suburb of Houston. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio before dropping out to pursue a career in music. Travis Scott has collaborated with various artists, including Quavo, with whom he formed the duo Huncho Jack, releasing the album Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho in 2017. He has also worked with artists like Drake, Young Thug, and Kid Cudi. Beyond music, Scott has ventured into fashion and business, partnering with brands like Nike and McDonald’s, and launching his own record label, Cactus Jack Records.
Scott has been in an on-and-off relationship with Kylie Jenner, with whom he shares two children. In November 2021, Scott faced controversy when a crowd crush occurred during his performance at the Astroworld Festival, resulting in several fatalities.
In July 2023, Scott released his full-length LP Utopia, which received general praise from critics and fans and achieved double-platinum status.
